The rise and rise of KRA Commissioner John Njiraini.

Mr. Njiraini was born on 20th December 1957 in Kirinyaga District.
He is awarded the Moran of the Order of the Burning Spear (MBS) for his role in national development.
In an interview for the Controller of Budget, Njiraini got the highest scores for but failed to get the post which went to Agnes Nangira Odhiambo for purposes of regional balnce.

In 2012, Njiraini applied for Commissioner General’s post and guess what he still scored the highest 86.7
per cent during the interviews while the second and third candidates scored 76.2% and 75%  respectively.
